Individual Therapy

Our individual therapy sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs. Through a collaborative approach, we will work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop strategies to promote positive change and personal growth.
Couples Therapy

Relationships can be complex and challenging. Our couples counseling sessions provide a safe and supportive environment for you and your partner to address conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen your bond. Together, we will work towards building a healthier and more fulfilling relationship.​
* Please note that the Couples Therapy Initial Assessment consists of three sessions: a 90-minute joint session with both partners, a 90-minute session split between both partners, 45-minutes each individually, and a 60-minute feedback session. The total cost for the Initial Assessment package is $925.00. These sessions are required for all new clients unless otherwise discussed. Payment can be made in full or at the time of each session
To accommodate yearly inflation and operating costs, EverTrue Therapy & Wellness reserves the right to increase session rates annually (January 1st of each year) at a standard range of 3%-5%. All existing clients will receive a rate increase reminder 90 days before the rate change and again two weeks before the rate change.

Please be advised that once an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved for you. We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation, or you will be required to pay for the session in full.
